About 2 years ago i pulled my back out at work.

It was a prolapse disc. I had physio and tablet galore...

I'm now taking 80mg 4 times a day of Dihydrocodene.

I'm told that the next step is for morphene....

Anyhow for me, the best thing is hot showers. I f i have a bath im too knackerd to move and my back cannnot cope with that. I take them as often as i can making sure that the shower points at my lower back... after about 10 minutes the pain has subsided and i can move a little more easly.

As for sleep.. well i'm up everynight for the past 2 years, i cannot remember the last time i had a decent sleep. I wake up on average 2/3 times a night. Just trying to get comfy because of the pain.
For me one of the embarrasing problems ...

Hello Linda and gang.....I have been trying to get here and now that I found it ...what do I do now to get into chat or will this be a forum type site? IE: had cortizone injection today in L hip, DR. said 3 days before it kicks in great .
